We are seeking an experienced Zonal/ Area Manager to drive retail business development in Gujarat . The ideal candidate should have strong connections with Retailers, Architects, and Developers, along with proven expertise in the building materials sector. This role involves managing dealer relationships, developing new business, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic market penetration.
What do we expect from our new team member?
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow relationships with Retailers, Architects, and Developers
- Identify and on-board new dealers in untapped markets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure product visibility and brand promotion in the assigned region.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships.
What kind of team member are we looking for?
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in the building materials industry .
- Strong network with Retailers, Architects, and Developers in the territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Gujarat.
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
