Job Description
As an Area Manager, you will be reporting to Business Center Manager. This position has overall responsibility of supervision, control and productivity planned in the assigned area of production line.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the entire shift, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, equipment, systems, and manpower allocation.
- You ensure production numbers are achieved as per plan.
- You provide daily reports to the Auditor/Area Specialist.
- You design shift schedules for hourly associates.
- You attend production meetings, plant review meetings, and sessions on waste, energy, safety, and training (on specified days).
- You execute all indicators of the Business team and ensure they are met.
- You maintain all Business Center documents.
- You ensure good housekeeping and maintain WPO standards.
- You support and implement systems that improve Business Center performance.
