Job Title: Area Manager – LAP (Individual Role)

Locations: Rajasthan - Jaipur & Jodhpur

CTC: 12 – 18 LPA (based on experience & performance)

Role Overview:

We are hiring Area Managers for the  Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. This is a pure individual contributor role, responsible for driving business volumes, managing channel relationships, and ensuring portfolio quality within the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive Prime LAP business through DSA, connectors, and open market sourcing


Build and manage a strong channel partner ecosystem in the assigned area


Source quality LAP cases and ensure healthy portfolio performance


Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth case closures


Achieve assigned disbursement, sourcing, and revenue targets


Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines


Maintain strong market visibility and local brand presence



 

Eligibility Criteria:



4-8 years of experience in secured lending


Mandatory experience in Prime LAP / LAP / Mortgage products


Hands-on experience with DSA & channel-led sourcing
