Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple store branches within the assigned area
  • Ensure all stores meet sales targets, KPIs, and operational standards
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate Branch Heads and store teams
  • Analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and implement action plans
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and brand standards
  • Coordinate with head office teams for promotions, inventory, and staffing needs
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
  • Address escalated operational, staffing, and customer concerns
