• Supervise and monitor the daily operations of all branches within the assigned area to ensure consistent achievement of sales and productivity targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor and their teams to deliver high performance and maintain service excellence.
• Analyze branch performance data and implement action plans to address operational issues, improve efficiency, and ensure fast turnaround time for accounts processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with Loan Consultants.
• Handle escalated client issues or operational concerns that cannot be resolved at the branch level.
