Area Manager (Prime LAP)

Locations: Chennai & Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu)
Grade: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Ticket Size: Above 2 Cr
ROI Range: 9–12%

Role Summary

Responsible for acquiring and managing Prime LAP proposals above 2 Cr across Chennai & Coimbatore by driving DSA/channel sourcing, generating high-value business, and maintaining portfolio quality within defined ROI and credit parameters.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquire high-ticket Prime LAP proposals through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.

  • Drive monthly Prime LAP disbursal targets across Tamil Nadu.

  • Build, manage, and scale DSA & channel partner relationships.

  • Ensure proposals meet Prime LAP credit norms, eligibility, and ROI guidelines.

  • Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations for smooth sanction & disbursal.

  • Maintain portfolio quality with strong risk discipline and documentation hygiene.

  • Develop a consistent pipeline from HNI, self-employed, and high-value customer segments.

  • Track competitor pricing, schemes, and market movement in the Tamil Nadu LAP ecosystem.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Prime LAP / High-ticket LAP sales.

  • Strong DSA network in Chennai & Coimbatore .

  • Proven ability to source & close 2 Cr+ LAP proposals independently .

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, banking patterns, property evaluation & structured deals.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship management skills.

Compensation

CTC Range: 12–18 LPA + performance incentives.
