The purpose of this role is to implement  sales strategy and plans in area for sustainable business growth.

Area of Responsibilities | Key Activities | KPIs / KRAs

  • Sales Strategy

    Implement sales strategy in area for business growth. - Total Gross Sales.

  • Target Deployment

    Set the sales targets for its trade customer to improve market share in area. Market Share.

  • Product Portfolio Management

    Supervise sales programs for all products to achieve desired sales product mix. -Sold Coverage.

  • Receivable Management

    Assess and collect the receivables to have desired business growth. Coverage Days, Security Index and Overdue %

  • Workshop Business Development

    Contribute for workshop business development in area for secondary turnover growth-Workshop Channel Wise Net Sales.

  • Retail Sales Management

    Execute and participate in secondary and tertiary trade levels program to generate sales in area.

    Width and Depth of distribution


Qualifications

  • B.E/B.Tech (from premier institute be an added advantage)
  • MBA in Marketing is desirable.
  • 2-5  years of experience in Aftermarket Sales, preferable from Automotive/Automobile/FMCG industries.
  • 3+ years experience in Sales.
  • 3+ years experience in Distribution.
