Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth performance and adherence to company SOPs.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, cleanliness, product quality, and service standards.
  • Drive execution of promotions, new product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Analyze outlet performance and support store managers in achieving sales, profitability, and cost control targets.
  • Monitor and optimize labor cost, wastage, and inventory accuracy.
  • Review P&L reports and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to improve performance and productivity.
  • Identify talent for succession planning and internal promotion.
  • Ensure outlets are adequately staffed and scheduled to match business needs.
