Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth performance and adherence to company SOPs.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, cleanliness, product quality, and service standards.
- Drive execution of promotions, new product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Analyze outlet performance and support store managers in achieving sales, profitability, and cost control targets.
- Monitor and optimize labor cost, wastage, and inventory accuracy.
- Review P&L reports and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to improve performance and productivity.
- Identify talent for succession planning and internal promotion.
