Flash Coffee is expanding across Singapore! We are launching outlets island wide and we’re looking for highly motivated, customer centric Operations Manager to join us!

Job Scope:

  • Reporting directly to the local Head of Operations, you will work closely together to execute on the company’s operational strategy
  • Run all aspects of store operations & processes 
  • Implement initiatives and SOPs to optimize our end to end operations
  • Monitor KPIs for operations
  • Be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding & training of new baristas to meet Flash Coffee standards
  • Work with Supply Chain, QAQC & Marketing to execute and streamline the day to day store operations

Job Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of experience in operations at a retail / F&B player (tech/startup experience is not essential but is a plus)
  • Proactive, self-sufficient and driven
  • Mind set on operational excellence, with supreme attention to detail
  • Able to multitask in all aspects of business operations
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced, demanding environment
  • A “people’s person”
  • Agile, communicative and active
