About Us

The Retail Field Sales team is a core part of Dyson’s Sales Department. We are seeking an Area Manager to cover a temporary leave of absence. The role is for a defined period, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

The Region

We are looking for an area manager for the central‑northern area, ideally located in Madrid. The region consists of a portfolio of 150 points of sale and 22 direct reports.

About The Role Driving Sales Growth in Your Region
  • Ownership of total Sell‑Out performance of all doors within the given region.
  • Analyze weekly sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and define clear/strong short & long term actions.
  • Weekly presentation of the Sell‑Out results within your area.
  • Overall goal is to increase Dyson sales within your region in a sustainable way.
