Qualifications
- Strong management, data analysis, and communication skills
- With previous experience in logistics industry preferably
- Proficient in MS Excel/WPS Sheets (import/export, sort, pivot, summarize, analyze, etc.) Able to lead and manage branch supervisors
- Able to render prolonged working hours, as may be required in operations
- Flexible with RD schedule
- Skilled in investigation, conflict resolution, and customer service
- Able to adapt to fast-paced working environment
- Preferably with 2-3 years working experience as store manager or assistant manager
- Able to effectively communicate with subordinates and superiors
- For Area NMDs, preferably residing around North Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas, South Caloocan, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Paranaque, or Muntinlupa
- For HEAD OFFICE NMDs, preferably residing around Pasig, Mandaluyong, or Makati
