Main Purpose:

 To manage delivery of projects across different entities of client ,governance.

  • Responsible for implementing the Turner & Townsend way of delivery for the project management services. 
  • Responsible in managing the project budget throughout the design development, procurement, and construction stages. 
  • Manage multiple stake holders like procurement, technical, project management and contracts teams. 
  • Responsible for handling a team of Cost managers / Asst cost managers to ensure smooth progression of the project. 
  • Reviewing and giving inputs to develop capital planning, cost plans/reports in various stages and preparing the pretender estimates.
