Managing large accounts and building relationships with key personnel. Maintaining and growing revenue and profits. Taking a proactive approach to account management, developing Strategic Account Plans, and working collaboratively with clients to develop win-win upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Monitoring all existing account orders and requests for proposals and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively.
