Job Description
Responsibilities
- AOM will do the coordination of FP,TP and TA activities;
- Ensure execution of planned BTL's and other tasks & responsibilities of FP's, TP's and TA's;
- Monitoring and evaluating performance of team;
- Weekly & Monthly Reports and;
- People Development and Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field. A Master Degree is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Management (Agriculture Industry)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communications skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to travel as needed for business purposes
