Job Description

Responsibilities



  • AOM will do the coordination of FP,TP and TA activities;

  • Ensure execution of planned BTL's and other tasks & responsibilities of FP's, TP's and TA's;

  • Monitoring and evaluating performance of team;

  • Weekly & Monthly Reports and;

  • People Development and Management.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field. A Master Degree is a plus

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Management (Agriculture Industry)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Outstanding communications skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Ability to travel as needed for business purposes
