Inspired Learning Group (ILG) is seeking an Area People Partner to join our growing People Team at an exciting time of transformation and growth.

ILG currently owns and operates 32 independent schools and nurseries across the UK, supporting around 2,000 colleagues. We are proud of the distinctive character of each of our settings and work closely with them to provide high-quality education in safe, inspiring environments.

The Role

The Area People Partner is a strategic partnering role, working closely with Headteachers, Nursery Managers, and senior leaders across a defined group of schools, nurseries and central teams.
