The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for Generation of new businesses, building raport with business. Ensuring achieving targeted budget and growth. Team development and achieving targeted business of the zone. Expansion of business with SOP's in place. Smooth running of the zone
Responsibilities
- Monitor Clients preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Visit franchised dealers to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of leasing programs, assess marketing potential of new and existing locations, considering statistics and expenditures
- Assist in preparing budgets and sales forecasting for team.Ensuring that the team meets monthly sales targets in terms of both revenue generation and collections
- Motivates and guides team to align them to achieve team targets
- Control sales and service programs Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on customer specifications.
- Experience: 10+year experience in Sales ( Diagnostic/Pharma/wellness /Retail sales)
- Qualification: Any Graduate ;
Preferable B.Sc/B.Tech/B.Pharma
- Experience managing sales teams
- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
