Area Sales Engineer – North India | German Engineered Process Equipment (Agitators )

STC-Group is expanding its sales operations in North India and is looking for ambitious, performance-driven Sales Engineers to strengthen our regional presence. This role offers the opportunity to work with German-engineered agitators and process equipment, serving leading industrial customers and EPC projects across the region.
What You Will Do:
• Drive business growth and order intake across Oil & Gas, Chemical, Polymer, Paint, Pharma and Food industries
• Promote and sell German-engineered agitators and customized process equipment solutions
• Identify new leads, manage opportunities and convert projects into confirmed orders
• Understand customer process requirements and propose technically optimized, value-driven solutions
• Prepare, submit and negotiate techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams
• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, licensors and end users
• Participate in technical meetings, bid clarifications and commercial negotiations
• Track market trends, competitor activities and upcoming capital investment projects
What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in technical sales / business development within process industries
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and engineered solutions
• Confident communicator with solid negotiation and closing skills
• Performance-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel across the assigned North India territory
Added Advantage:
• Experience in Oil & Gas and EPC-driven project sales
• Working knowledge of agitators, mixing systems or rotating equipment
Location & Coverage:
Base Location: New Delhi
Territory: Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh
