POSITION PURPOSE:


As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Soudal's innovative product range.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.


QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Graduate or MBA
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction chemicals, adhesives, or related industry.


SKILLS:


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel.
