Role Description


This is a field sales role for an Area Sales Executive for the off premise sales based out of Kolkata. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales in retail stores across Kolkata metro to achieve monthly and quarterly volume and distribution goals for the company. The ASE will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with retail partners, groups and key accounts and for the execution of relevant activations, promotional campaigns and instore merchandising at off premise locations. The role will involve execution of sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring that Geist and its products are well-represented and promoted at partner locations.

The incumbent will also work closely with the supply chain team for ensuring logistics and depot operations for the brand are monitored and executed successfully.


Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience of 3-7 years in Alcobev Sales/Beverages
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for craft beer and knowledge of the beverage industry
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Relevant educational background is a plus, Graduation is a must
