ADI Global Distribution is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our sales team in Queensland. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts across Brisbane and Western Australia, with a strong focus on field sales within the technology and distribution sectors.

Job Duties

• Proactively identify and acquire new customers through research, outreach and market insight.
• Assess market potential, monitor competitors and provide insights on opportunities and threats to inform sales strategy.
• Analyse sales performance, identify key trends and execute plans to achieve turnover, margin and KPI targets.
• Plan and manage customer appointments, owning the relationship end‑to‑end to grow revenue, margin and long‑term loyalty.
• Use Salesforce daily to maintain accurate customer data, manage pipelines and record all activities.
