  • Team Leadership & Development Assign responsibilities to the ADM team, train Sales Executives and Sr. Sales Executives, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure target achievement.
• Sales Strategy & Market Expansion Analyze market potential, identify new territories, and implement strategies to expand business opportunities and increase lead generation.
• Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and A & B category architects to drive long-term business growth.
• Key Enquiry Handling Personally manage important sales enquiries and support the team in closing strategic deals with effective pitch strategies.
• Conflict & Issue Resolution Address and resolve team conflicts and client escalations related to product or service issues to maintain team harmony and customer satisfaction.
