Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Location: Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal & North East
Qualification: Graduation 
Experience: Min 6+ year experience, in 3 Years in Flavors experience
CTC: 6.6 LPA + PF, ESI

Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement company sales plans and promotional initiatives to meet targets.
* Distributor Management: Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and financial collections.
* Team Leadership: Guide field sales staff, particularly in managing General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
* Product Focus: Promote a wide range of products including bakery flavors, savory flavors, and beverage concentrates.
