Area Sales Manager – Homes by Dream
Be the driving force behind home sales in a vibrant community. Lead a high‑performing sales team and build lasting relationships with buyers, from initial interest through to possession.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the community.
- Develop and execute a prospecting plan using Salesforce and multiple communication channels (phone, email, web).
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring buyer expectations are surpassed throughout the entire home‑buying process.
- Analyze competitor offerings in new‑home and resale markets and provide insights to guide marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Director of New Home Sales to develop and execute a sales strategy for the community.
