Overview

We’re growing—and looking for a strong sales leader to grow with us.

This role is responsible for translating regional strategy into execution, leading and developing a high-performing sales team, and driving consistent revenue growth. You’ll coach reps, build territory and customer strategies, support key deals, and ensure strong pipeline management and CRM discipline. Must have a construction background.

  • Execute regional strategy through clear territory and sales plans
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to exceed targets
  • Support key accounts and participate in customer engagements
  • Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy (Salesforce)
