Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate expertise in development & implementation of distribution channels/network.
• An out-of-the box thinker with a proven track record of meeting the assigned targets, streamlining
workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity
• initiating market development efforts
• Creating an enthusiastic and successful sales environment and challenging the norm in business.
• Enhanced sales policies & practices, define the sales cycle, create accurate job description and
developed standards for customer relationship management.
• Managing the success of the sales team in his area.
• Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing channels.
• Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research.
• Managing sales budgets and new implementations.
• Developing and presenting effective proposals to superiors.
• Negotiating sales contracts and marketing strategies.
• Increasing sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios.
Qualification:
Graduate with 2-3 yrs experience in FMCG/Telecom Accessories/Durables Industry
