Job Description – Area Sales Manager (Construction Finance)


Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to 20 LPA

Experience: Minimum 4–6 Years

Product: Construction Finance / Builder Funding


Role Overview:


We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager for Construction Finance who will drive business acquisition, manage developer relationships, and ensure high-quality credit sourcing. This is a front-line leadership role requiring deep market understanding and strong builder network.


Key Responsibilities:


• Acquire new Construction Finance / Builder Funding proposals

• Manage and expand relationships with developers and real estate groups

• Drive revenue through structured CF products and funding solutions

• Coordinate with credit teams for file quality, documentation, and approvals

• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure healthy asset quality

• Identify market opportunities, conduct competitor mapping, and build business pipeline

• Lead on-ground meetings, negotiations, and closure of high-value proposals

• Maintain regulatory compliance and internal process adherence
