What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving targeted new business across Medical, Automotive, Aerospace, and Hydraulics
• Managing and growing existing key accounts
• Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings (components & machine tools)
• Consulting customers on productivity, efficiency, and process optimisation
• Selling high-value, bespoke solutions
• Guiding customers through the full journey: specification, sale, implementation, and training

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on technical experience in CNC machining, machine tools, or programming
• Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings
• A proactive, organised, and relationship focused approach
• Freedom to travel within Ireland to close high-value sales
• Ambition to grow personally and professionally
