Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. You will be responsible for driving sales of LAP products, identifying and onboarding new channel partners, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. This role requires strong market knowledge, an existing network with DSAs, and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales of LAP products in the assigned area or region.
  • Channel Partner Management: Identify and onboard new DSAs/Channel Partners and maintain strong relationships with both existing partners and clients.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Process Coordination: Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing of loans.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and processes comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Training & Support: Train and support team members or partners as required to enhance their performance.
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to final disbursement.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of property documentation and LAP underwriting criteria.
  • An existing and strong DSA network in the region.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
