Role Objective
We are looking for result-oriented Sales Professionals (ASM and Senior Sales Executives) to drive growth for Kuhl Fans, India's most energy-efficient BLDC fans. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing distribution networks, and achieving sales targets within your assigned Kerala territories.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Appoint new dealers and sub-dealers across the assigned districts (Kottayam, Alappuzha, Idukki, Pathanamthitta).
Secondary Sales: Drive secondary sales by maintaining strong relationships with existing retailers and electrical counters.
Network Management: Monitor and manage the performance of distributors to ensure optimum stock levels and market penetration.
Brand Visibility: Ensure high product visibility at the retail level through effective merchandising and POS display management.
Reporting: Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and daily sales reports to the regional management.
