Job Description

Role: Area Sales Manager – B2B (Food Ingredients / Seasonings)

Location: Kerala (Kochi)

Reports To: Regional Sales Head

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for Sensorisch products in assigned state ( Kerala).
  • Manage distributors, institutional clients (QSRs, hotels, cloud kitchens, bakeries, food processors).
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Build & mentor Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) to ensure outlet coverage & execution.
  • Identify new key accounts and close large-volume deals.
  • Ensure receivables collection within credit timelines.
  • Conduct periodic market visits and competitor tracking.
  • Liaise with marketing & technical teams for product demos, trials, and brand activation.
