Role & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Growth

• Drive agency channel strategy and ensure achievement of territory-wide targets
• Monitor market dynamics and the competitive landscape to gain strategic insights
• Execute growth initiatives while maintaining profitability and optimal loss ratios
• Align area/territory plans with goals on growth, activation, and product mix

Channel Development

• Lead efforts in agent recruitment, activation, and ongoing development programs
• Design and implement local marketing campaigns, training programs, and broker engagement activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
