The Senior Specialist , Affiliate is responsible for launching, building, and operating our business locally. From business strategy to knocking on doors, this is a role for someone who thrives in the field, loves building from zero, and can manage every aspect of the business as a one-person startup, with real influence on commercial strategy, team growth, and market positioning.
This role requires Entrepreneurial Mindset – ability to build from scratch, make decisions independently, and take ownership of all aspects of the affiliate, Hands-On Mentality – willing to do everything from sales to invoicing to customer support Commercial Acumen – strong understanding of business, pricing, negotiation, and sales strategy, Field Sales Capability – comfortable pitching door-to-door to clinics and doctors,
