We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to expand our presence across Eurasia. In this role, you will grow export sales, strengthen dealer networks, and build lasting customer relationships in key markets—especially Turkey and Greece.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and key influencers (A&D).Lead customer acquisition and identify new business opportunities.Support dealers and collaborate closely with A&D and IKAM teams using a multi-channel sales approach.Act as the expert for each assigned customer, understanding their needs, processes, and business drivers.Promote Sedus through marketing activities and share market insights with product management.Work with cross-functional teams and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the furniture industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Intercultural competence and ability to work collaboratively.High travel readiness (60%+).Proficiency in MS Office , CRM, pCon Basket.Fluent in English and Turkish; Greek is a strong asset.
