Job Description – Area Sales Manager (ASM) – MFI (JLG)


Location: Vijayawada Cluster

Coverage Areas: Vijayawada & adjoining micro-markets

CTC: Up to 8.5 LPA

Role & Responsibilities:




  • Supervise JLG business across multiple branches in the Vijayawada region




  • Manage, coach, and motivate field staff to achieve sourcing and collection targets




  • Ensure high portfolio quality, on-time collections, and minimal delinquencies




  • Conduct regular field audits, center meetings, and branch monitoring visits




  • Drive business expansion, branch productivity, and team performance tracking




  • Ensure complete adherence to RBI-MFI norms and internal policies




Eligibility Criteria:




  • Minimum 6 years of MFI/JLG experience




  • Mandatory team handling exposure




  • Should have managed minimum 5 branches in the region




  • Strong local geography understanding and field Sales expertise




  • Experience in NBFC-MFI segment preferred
