Job Description – Area Sales Manager (ASM) – MFI (JLG)


Location: Vizag Cluster

Coverage Areas: Visakhapatnam & surrounding districts

CTC: Up to 8.5 LPA

Role & Responsibilities:




  • Lead and manage JLG operations across branches in the Vizag region




  • Drive business volumes, portfolio growth, and branch productivity




  • Ensure high-quality sourcing, timely collections, and zero operational lapses




  • Monitor field executives, conduct training sessions, and ensure performance discipline




  • Handle branch audits, center validations, and risk control activities




  • Support branch expansion and strengthen community relationships




Eligibility Criteria:




  • Minimum 6 years of relevant MFI/JLG experience




  • Must have handled at least 5 branches




  • Strong team leadership and field management capability




  • Deep understanding of JLG operations and local market dynamics




  • NBFC-MFI experience preferred
