Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the monthly / annual targets of sales Distribution, Merchandising, Sales Budget, Receivables and New Product targets. Implement corrective measures.
  • Responsible for channel partner management and Stock analysis & market Service.
  • Responsible for Top ARC-Management and Sales Growth
  • Sales Target allotment & execution within team members by breaking down yearly targets into quarterly / monthly / weekly / daily
  •  SFA tracking on daily basis and track performances as per company goals of Team
  • Qualifications:

    Graduation is mandatory; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
