Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) products by achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow LAP business and ensure regional performance goals are exceeded.
  • Identify and onboard potential channel partners such as DSAs, connectors, and other referral sources in line with business plans and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with distribution partners to ensure a steady and quality flow of business.
  • Monitor and control the performance of the distribution network while planning and executing sales promotion activities.
  • Guide customers through the application process, handle documentation, and support them in building a complete loan application file.
