Duties and Responsibilities:

  • New customer acquisition
  • Building and developing long-term, trust-based partnerships with customers
  • Achieving sales targets through strategic planning and business development
  • Leading negotiations with key decision-makers
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and data in the CRM system
  • Presenting products and representing the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses
  • Project management in close collaboration with application specialists
  • Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical devices or medical consumables sector
  • A clinical/medical background is an advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong medical understanding and knowledge of hospital workflows
  • Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time
  • Fluent German and good command of English
