Area Sales Manager

Position: Area Sales Manager
Location:  Ernakulam, Kottayam, Palakkad, Thrissur, Kasargod
Experience: Minimum 4–8 years in Sales, Channel Management, or FMCG / Consumer Electronics
Salary : Upto 7.2 LPA 
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory to increase revenue and market share.
* Plan, manage, and expand distribution channels within the assigned region.
* Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
* Identify emerging issues and opportunities at the Brand and Category levels.
* Lead, manage, and evaluate sales team performance with clear expectations and accountability.
* Work closely with Marketing, Distribution, and Internal Teams to ensure aligned execution.
