  • Strategic Planning & Revenue GrowthDevelop and implement a comprehensive annual business plan for the state to achieve revenue and volume targets.

Analyze state-wide market potential, segmenting by city tiers (Tier 1, 2, and 3) to prioritize resources.

Manage the state sales budget

  • Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, mentor, and track the performance of a team of Sales Officers (SOs) and Territory Managers.

Conduct regular joint field visits with the team to provide on-ground coaching and ensure effective territory coverage.

Set clear KPIs for the team, including strike rates, average order values, and new outlet openings.

Ensure PJP adherence and orders from retail outlets
