JOB DESCRIPTION

The position is that of a frontline sales Manager who would primarily be responsible for driving retail sales in defined geography with the help of a team, through creation, nurturing and management of the dealer network through focus on Products and stakeholders thereby, achieving overall business objectives.
Business objectives:-

· Identify and research Opportunities:- Ensure adequate number of Livspace Dealer in each city of allocated Region. Appoint new dealers and increase share of business with existing dealers.

· Lead Generation:- Generate leads through various channels, Work closely with Regional Business development manager (Partner Payroll).

· Hiring:- Help the partner in Hiring the ID’s and BD.

· Drive overall sales and growth:- Conduct promotional activities from time to time to develop market adaptation of Livspace Products. Over Achieve sales target by ensuring high level of engagement with dealers.

· Explore opportunities for gaining market share by analysing data and trends to ensure sustainable sale potential, Work

· Design schemes:-  based on sales planning agenda and market feedback to ensure overall dealer profitability and sales growth.

· Product and Business Training - Actively participate in training programs designed to enhance the skills and Knowledge of the partner and Team. Stay updated on best practices, Industry trends and sales techniques.

· Stakeholder management: - Collaborate with Category team and cross functional teams to help in gathering market feedback.


Job Requirement

Qualifications Essential

- Applicant must possess MBA / PGDM in Sales and Marketing from B-School

- Minimum of 50% marks throughout the education without any backlog

- Graduation and Post-Graduation must be through a full time course 

Previous Experience: 2-3 years
