Overview
PURPOSE OF ROLE
- To achieve the organizational objectives to grow and market share in sales in the assigned territory. Ensure overall territory business is achieved.
- Manage and perform the requirements of the sales force according to the policies established by the company
- Ensuring compliance with the annual sales program, developing plans of action for the main distributors (sell in), according to company's policies and practices, in order to maximize profit margins and achieve client loyalty.
