Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute strategies to sign new franchisee partners in assigned territories


– Provide dedicated support to franchisee partners to ensure their success


– Drive business growth through the partner network


– Train, handhold, and work closely with channel partner teams to achieve business objectives


– Directly sign new schools for company training programs, both independently and through franchisee partners


– Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the K-12 and higher education industries


– Showcase strong leadership skills and a willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories


Requirements:


– Graduate degree with 3-15 years of experience in business development, channel sales, and support in the education and training industry (K-12 segment preferred)


– Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages (added advantage)
