Job Description

The Route Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing daily LPG delivery and sales operations across designated routes. This includes supervising personnel, optimizing route performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following ESGVI’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Route Selling

  • Manage and monitor overall performance of route customers for commercial and retail outlets.
  • Take orders and manage delivery schedules of products.
  • Ensure that all customers are efficiently and timely served with the help of drivers and helpers.
  • Conduct weekly audits on the delivered customers with existing on-loaned cylinders and gas line pipe to ensure proper usage and condition.
