Overview

Responsible for supervising all operations concerning the assigned district, including development of Medical Sales Representatives, responding to customer and team member's needs to ensure achievement of committed goals and objectives of the area. Overseeing sales teams, developing strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong driving skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily field-based with frequent travel required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and proactive nature.
