Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the branch in the targeted area to collect sales data, analyze it, conduct the report, and present it to Top Management.
• Identify ways to maintain the sales revenue in the targeted area and create a plan to enhance sales performance.
• Analyze the market in the area to identify potential opportunities for new openings; also, review the performance of all branches in the area to set the sales direction.
• Visit the branch in the targeted area to understand any issues and propose solutions.
• Develop a strong relationship with the key person within the area.
• Provide support to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
• Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance.
