Job Description

  • Collaborate with the branch in the targeted area to collect the sales data and analyze it, and conduct the report and present it to Top Management
  • Identify the way to maintain the sales revenue in the targeted area and create a plan to enhance the sales performance
  • Analyzing the market in the area to identify potential areas to open new opportunities. Also, review the performance of all branches in the area to set the sales direction
  • Visit the branch in the targeted area to understand any issues and propose a way to solve them issues
  • Develop a strong relationship with the key person within the Area
  • Provide any support to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance
  • Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team
