Area Service Manager

Key Responsibilities: Service Operations Management Manage daily service operations to ensure efficient and timely service delivery for EV two-wheelers. Supervise installation, maintenance, and repairs of EV components, including batteries, charging systems, and motor controllers. Ensure service center and field service activities meet quality and compliance standards. Technical Expertise & Support Provide guidance to technicians on diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Stay updated on emerging EV technologies and collaborate with engineering teams for complex repairs. Customer Service & Satisfaction Address customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. Analyze feedback to enhance service processes and minimize vehicle downtime. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and manage service technicians and support staff in the region. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and technological advancements. Charging Infrastructure Support Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of public and private charging infrastructure. Coordinate with local partners to expand the charging network in the region. Parts & Inventory Management Ensure availability of spare parts, including critical EV components like batteries and controllers. Optimize inventory systems to predict demand and streamline the supply chain. Cost Management & Reporting Manage service operations within budget while maintaining quality standards. Prepare performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures. Compliance & Safety Ensure all service operations adhere to safety regulations, particularly for high-voltage and battery systems.
