Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Service Manager located in New Delhi. The Area Service Manager will oversee service operations for Company outlets and dealership also. Will also manage service teams, ensure timely maintenance and repair of electric vehicles, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns effectively. Responsibilities include managing service schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments for efficient operations and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, leadership, and delegation
• Technical understanding of electric vehicle components and mechanisms
• Customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of service operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in the automotive or electric vehicle sector is an advantage
