Area Specialist, Finishing

As the Area Specialist you play a pivotal role supporting the area team.  You are responsible for the overall upkeep and performance for your respective area and adherence to area KPI's.

This role will find you collaborating with Operational Leadership and other stakeholder groups. You will promote a healthy and safe working environment and support the upkeep of critical training documents, SOP's, and KPI's in the areas of cost, safety, troubleshooting, lockouts and lost opportunities.  Working with the shift supervisors, planners and technical specialists you will help to drive process capability and efficiencies across your area.
